Mike walked us through the various options and provided very helpful information during an in-home consultation, followed by estimates for each option. The Steel T team who installed the new units could not have been more professional, taking care to protect floors and carpets, consult with us at various steps along the way, and provide a very thorough briefing on the new systems and smart thermostat. The systems were basically installed in one day, with minor followup the following morning. They filed all the paperwork for Xcel rebates, and Carrier warranty. Jose thoroughly completed our A/C inspection and took extra time to show me the benefits of our p-trap and shut off switch and show me how to clean it myself as I couldn't remember exactly. Had furnace, heat pump, humidifier & cleaner installed. Truly the best experience ever ... installers were knowledgeable and very friendly. Great communication throughout the process, and provided a very detailed walk through of the thermostat & app upon completion. They had to do some configuring to make everything fit, and corrected a venting issue from the prior furnace. Very impressive, from sales through follow-up on registration and energy rebates. We'll plan to use them for maintenance too.
